The Awards

Organized by the Energy and Environment Foundation, the Global Financial Sustainability Award 2026 honors individuals, teams, and organizations for outstanding contributions to advancing financial responsibility, transparency, and inclusive economic development. The award recognizes innovation, leadership, and impactful actions that foster sustainable financial practices, value creation, and resilient economic systems for a more equitable and secure future.

The Global Financial Sustainability Award celebrates achievements across diverse sectors—banking, corporate finance, fintech, education, public policy, and more—that contribute meaningfully to building a financially resilient and sustainable global economy.

Eligibility

These Awards are open for Nomination from all Sectors, Corporates, Public (PSUs), Private, Large, Medium, Small Scale Industrial / Service Sector Companies / Organizations / Units and their team. Academic Institutions are eligible for participation in the award.

Evaluation of nominations for Global Financial Sustainability Award’s is an intensive process. Nominations are evaluated by the Jury - experts from Government, Academia and Industry.

Submission of Application

Global Financial Sustainability Award’s application Submissions must be sent before 28th February 2026 and include a completed form, a detailed project description (maximum 1000 words), sustainability metrics, photos, renderings, a 5-minute video, and optional recognitions or certifications.

Selection Process

Projects completed within the last two years will be considered.
Evaluation will be based on:
»   Preliminary evaluation of nominations.
»   Mandatory Oral Presentation with original documents by all short-listed nominee      company/units in presence of Jury members constituted by Energy And Environment      Foundation.
»   Site visit of short-listed companies / units, whenever feasible.
»   Award Declaration

Shell Stand

It is appreciated if winners of the awards shall display the capability and expertise of the company in the form of exhibits. A shell space will be available for display your project achievements to all participants, government officials, industry leaders and management institutes. Details available on request.

Awards Presentation

Energy And Environment Foundation Global Financial Sustainability Award’s 2026 will be presented on 17th April 2026 at NDMC-Convention Center, Parliament Street, New Delhi, India.
